Made reservations for the Thanksgiving dinner. When we arrived they told us they “ran out” Why not call the people that made reservations specifically for the thanksgiving dinner? Then the hostess lacked empathy. Said, do you wanna eat here or not? Weird and rude. We decided to stay and make the best out of it. They gave us filthy dishes. Like with actual food on them for our appetizers. The waitress seemed very overworked or just dizzy or something. She continued to bring food to our table that wasn’t ours. Additionally, the women’s restroom was in poor condition, with overflowing trash and a large, unpleasant hairball in the corner. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially since we've had nothing but excellent service at other places during our three years of vacationing in Madeira Beach.
Service was excellent from start to finish,food really tasty and brought to the table in a timely manner, refills and additional orders were handled great. An overall superb experience!

Delicious food and excellent service from Brittany! We always choose to dine here whenever we visit Treasure Island; it's definitely one of our favorite spots.
The only downside was that our seats were positioned right next to the servers' station, and I could hear them chatting behind me.
Food is good. Nice price. Location on boardwalk is amazing. went in Jan, so no crowd. Will always come back for the Grouper.
