They have really nice food. But the service was so slow. It is run by family and it shows they could not handle when there are lots of Customers. After the main dish, we would like to have a dessert and it took long time to give us the Menu for dessert, then we would like to order and they forgot to come back. So we asked for the cheque and it took another 15 mins. to take our payment. And another 5 mins. for the change.
An exceptional stay at the spa hotel! Warm welcome, comfortable rooms, relaxing spa and magnificent swimming pool. Perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. I will definitely come back!
We did not stay here, but had an excellent, traditional Alsatian meal! Fantastic staff and food. Not to be missed if you're looking for authentic Alsace!
