I came to Sea Sea Riders for a special event for my sorority. It is a very beautiful place and a place with parking in Dunedin. I had an allergic seafood/ fish reaction. I ordered the cauliflower. Nothing on the menu would make you think it would have seafood/ fish as part of the dish. I told my server that I had fish/ seafood/shellfish allergy was even listed on my receipt. So I know the kitchen was aware. I am now contemplating if I can go back as I am not sure how this happened.
Very disappointed. Atmosphere and service were not inviting and the food was GROSS. Within an hour I was throwing up in the public restroom behind the museum. I knew something was not right with the food which is why I only ate a 1/4 of it. The waitress didn’t even acknowledge that my food was left on the plate. My husband and son said theirs was ok but I would avoid the scallop cervechi (sp) at all cost.
I really liked location and atmosphere. The drinks were fantastic and we loved the ceviche w freshly made chips and mac n cheese . My only real critique is that the tables were sticky from a improper finishing or sealant. I asked the waitress to wipe it down and she said they are all like that. Other than that loved the place !
Great place! Great food! Live music! A little noisy inside and you can actually hear the music better outside!! Our server, didn’t catch her name, she is from Poland originally and was a regular there before starting work there, was amazing!! She even explained the movie that was filmed there! Had a lovely family dinner this evening and had the pleasure of Alesia being our server! We all enjoyed ourselves as much as we did our meals ?
Very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Parking: Parking lot is right next to them. There is also more parking in the area.
Only issue is it was too loud. Hard to hear each other speak. Really enjoyed the food and service, so I'll be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
When we went it was not too busy. My only complaint was the waitress was very short no personality.
