The crowd was reminiscent of a Florida Walmart or trailer park meme, featuring individuals sporting oversized ZZ Top-style beards and wearing T-shirts that doubled as weapons. Many patrons were in tank tops, flaunting unkempt armpit hair (and not just the men). The pool looked overcrowded and the water was murky. The men's restroom was filthy and had a strong odor similar to sewage. My wife refused to even enter the women's restroom, so I can’t speak to that experience. Then, upon exiting the restroom, I was greeted by a nearly life-size cardboard cutout of Donald Trump! Yes, a year and a half after his presidency, this motel and Tiki bar were still promoting him. My girlfriend and I had an unforgettable experience! We booked a room for one night at random and were fortunate enough to get a beachfront room. The very courteous bald gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and got us settled in right away. If you're looking for a place with paper-thin walls and a tendency to lock you out of your room, this is the spot for you! Just keep in mind that you might have to break a window to get back in, and the friendly bald gentleman will charge your card $150 without even inquiring about what happened. On the bright side, you'll have an unlimited supply of soap bars to enhance your stay. Overall, it was an interesting experience!
The best beach bar for locals! The drinks are fantastic and the view is stunning, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars. However, I have to mention that the bathrooms are truly unpleasant. There are 4 or 5 fridge/freezers near the restrooms, and the smell is awful—almost like a crime scene. If I were rating based solely on the bathrooms, it would be 0 stars if that were an option!
I wouldn’t trust the bathroom here. This place was quite disappointing. The bar was completely closed due to issues with the Coca-Cola machines, which was really frustrating on a 91-degree day. This is just one of many great spots on the South Causeway. I can tell Ian has been involved here too. I love the atmosphere, the music, and the ever-changing displays... you never know what to expect next. The new deck rail facing the ocean adds a nice touch, and the tile work on the outer wall and pool is top-notch.
So much fun , great drinks , excellent food, best friendly welcoming staff in the world ????.. not been for years due to the big C but will always return ????
I spend my summers at the beach, and I really love New Smyrna Beach just the way it is, which we affectionately call "Ghetto Chase." Lol!

Hidden Gem in NSB! We had $4 rum runners and crab cakes! Great access to the beach and a sleepy hotel. Will be coming back.
