We have been dining at this restaurant for the past two years, and we always have a wonderful experience. The outdoor seating is perfect for those warm summer evenings. The staff is consistently polite, and the drinks are amazing—I'm especially a fan of the mango mojito. When we come as a group, we usually order a pitcher, and it never disappoints; it's always strong and refreshing. The food is top-notch, and I love that it's family-friendly, which is not the case with some other places on the Mile. We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a medium-well T-bone steak, but what we received was completely overcooked and served in pieces (who serves a T-bone like that?). My wife ordered paella that looked like it had been microwaved and was very unappealing. Unfortunately, she ended up with stomach aches and vomiting after the meal. The staff at Seafood Grill on the Bay is incredibly kind and attentive. The menu offers a wide variety of options. I ordered a dish, but there was a little confusion regarding the spice level. However, the waitress and manager Alan went out of their way to resolve the issue. Alan, the manager, was exceptionally attentive and helpful. While I waited for my order to be corrected, I was treated to a complimentary cappuccino, which was a perfect warmth against the chill from the canal breeze. We truly felt well cared for. The food is enjoyable, but the automatic 18% service charge and additional 3% fee for using a credit card feels excessive. Restaurants should clearly display these extra charges at the entrance to inform customers of the true cost upfront, as it can lead to unpleasant surprises. This policy slightly diminishes an otherwise great dining experience.
I had an excellent dining experience! Alan prepared a spectacular flambéed grilled seafood appetizer right at our table, which was truly a highlight! The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the lovely waterfront patio added to the ambiance. As for parking, it was easy and free!

This restaurant is lively on the weekends, but it falls flat during the week. The food is just okay, but the patio on Fridays and Saturdays becomes a fun spot when the DJ is playing.
Delicious food right by the water! This is the best dining spot on Nautical Mile. The atmosphere feels very warm and family-oriented.
