Excellent food. Went here for an after celebration of life and enjoyed the fact that it was early and not crowded. Even though we phoned ahead they were not ready for us. The food was excellent as was the service after waiting for them to set up. There was 12 of us and we had their specials which included Pastrami Ruben and since it’s Octoberfest the wife had sausage kraut and red cabbage. Excellent. I would recommend this place for a good bite to eat. No complaints on the food or server.
The restaurant has a large black dog that is allowed to wander around the premises, and it urinated on several chairs as well as a customer's pocketbook. The staff did not promptly address the issue and did not offer any compensation. The restaurant appears dirty and the reviewer does not plan to return or recommend it to others. The overall rating for the service, atmosphere, and food is a 1 out of 5.
Really cool spot: right off of a marsh. The food was pretty good: delicious pickle! Service was subpar since our waitress failed to ask us for any drink refills kind of gave us flack for needing four separate cheques for our expense report.
