I have only positive things to say about Seasons 52. I believe it is one of the best restaurant chains in the US. We have visited many locations and always had a great time. The Columbia outpost is a fantastic spot for a casual yet elegant lunch. The atmosphere is wonderful with soft lighting, music, and comfortable booths. The service, as always, was excellent. Cammie took great care of us, even while also working as a bartender during a busy time. She made delicious martinis with her own blue cheese-stuffed olives. For our starter, my wife and I shared the lump crab, shrimp, and creamed spinach stuffed mushrooms, which were delicious and served hot. My wife enjoyed the seared scallops with...
The service at the restaurant was very poor. The staff at the front just stood there and said nothing as we walked out. My husband and I both felt awkward and ignored. It took a while for the waitress to come to our table for the first time, so we were ready for our drinks and food right away. Despite the slow service, my dish was delicious. However, it was served cold, so I had to use my napkin to keep it warm.
Food was excellent as always. So were the cocktails. Unfortunately for the first time since we've been going there the service was astonishingly slow. Especially noticeable at the end of the night when as one of the few remaining tables we still waited a long time for the dessert samples and for the check. Won't put us off coming, but made for a longer than 2 hour dinner.
It was a Father’s Day outing. We sat outside and everything took long from the service to the food. They had no silverware for guests when the food was served. I have been to this Seasons 52 on several occasions with a good experience, but this one time was disappointing. .

Our server, Zack, made our Father's Day celebration everything we anticipated. He was knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions. He was attentive and very personable. The food was amazing too! ?? We'll be back, and we'll ask for Zack.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant. I will definitely return in the future!
For a Monday the service was extremely slow. Asked for sweetener twice and our water was never proactively refilled.
