While dining in, we were watching the multiple tv sets playing. Mysteriously the sets started going blank. An employee was standing behind us shutting them off for evening. The store still had an hour and half before closing. Amazing.. Also, this store never has all the available flavors in the their high end soda machine. Most of the time I am forced to drink a soda that I don't like. The operator of this store needs to monitor the soda machine and replace the flavor cartridges when they become empty. There is no point to have this machine if it is not 100 percent operational to your customers.
My experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The person who took my order over the phone was very rude. When I arrived to pick up my food, she handed it to me without even a "thank you" or any acknowledgment. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered. Having spent 50 years in customer service, I can confidently say that if she worked for me, she wouldn't last long due to her lack of basic courtesy. Expressing gratitude is an essential part of customer service, and because of this experience, I will never do business with this restaurant again.
We ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, fries, fries gravy, cheesesteak and Italian sub. The pizza and fries were great! Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and the gravy was nasty. The cheesesteak was below average and very dry. The Italian sub was good, but the bread was not great. We will be back for the pizza, but that’s all. Friendly staff, though!
Placed my first order tonight. Phone operator was pleasant, the food came quickly, the pizza was delightful, fries were good (but needed salt), and the delivery guy was friendly. I'll be ordering again soon. Update: um. Their subs are delicious. I wassurprised by the clear quality of products they use! I hope they don't make any changes because they are now my go to deliveryspot.

First, I want to give a shout-out to the franchise owner. The customer service was exceptional; I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He promised me the best cheesesteak ever, and he truly delivered on that promise. It was a 100-star experience—I couldn't have asked for anything more!
The food was outstanding! When we arrived, there were a few individuals who required additional assistance, and the staff handled it extremely well—something that I don't encounter very often. I am more than happy to give this place a five-star rating and support it as much as possible!

It was a pleasant surprise to eat dinner from here. I got a stromboli and it was ready in a nice amount of time. Walked in, picked it up, and left without any issue. The stromboli was great and was my lunch for the following day.
