Attending this academy was the best decision I've ever made to dive into the amazing world of coffee. Even though I live in New York City, I traveled across the country to be a part of this fantastic experience, and it completely exceeded all my expectations! I recently participated in a five-day professional barista training at SBA, and it was an outstanding experience! The atmosphere at SBA is warm and welcoming, making it accessible for beginners like me. By the end of the first day, I was already certain that I had made the right choice by being there. The learning environment is excellent, and each day was filled with enjoyable and valuable insights. I genuinely loved every moment! We organized a three-hour barista class at Seattle Barista Academy for six of our executives, and it was a fantastic experience! Bob, the owner of the academy, was incredibly helpful and accommodating while we made the arrangements. Although these executives come from the tech industry and not the coffee world, the event turned out to be a perfect team-building activity. Paulo, our instructor, made the class enjoyable and engaging. Everyone had a wonderful time!
I don't go to this place for the coffee, but rather for the Tiki Breeze fruit fusions and Clear Energy when I need a caffeine boost. Since I steer clear of high fructose, I like to mix their lemonade with the fruit fusions in a large jug. I just add a few pumps of caffeine to my glass, and I'm good to go. I typically email my order ahead, and the staff are great to deal with when I pick it up in person.
Without a doubt, this is the best training program out there! The instructors are fantastic and bring years of experience to the table. They provide an abundance of information in a fun and supportive atmosphere, always encouraging us throughout our journey. I highly recommend it!
