I ate a cousin at the opening of the sebaou and was pleasantly surprised (see the previous 2015 reviews.) I went back and was very disappointed. the couscous is always prepared with fresh products, especially carrots, beet and celery in anesthesia, but I. do not find cauliflower, zucchini or paprika. chickpeas are always served separately. the lamb is perfect. so much for the positive. unfortunately couscous has lost all his aromen and fragrances. to be honest, it's bland. bringing out the aromes of a cousin is an art. Of course, the harissa is offered at the table, but that doesn't make a good cousin. it is not about mixing different flavors without decor, but a minimum is necessary. the so...
I highly recommend this restaurant. I've been going there for a few years and for nothing in the world I want to eat couscous somewhere else, it's quite simply the best.
