This is my favorite ice cream stop in the Twin Cities. I love the Pavarotti. A delicious blend of banana ice cream, chocolate and caramel! Worth any wait. Everytime. I also step out and enjoy the flavor formerly known as Nicollet ave pothole, Minneapolis vanilla, raspberry chocolate chip. Keep up the excellent work!
Wow! This restaurant is a hidden gem. We were recommended this place by our waitress at Red Waggon Pizza, and she was right. This ice cream joint is a must-visit. I tried the Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich and it was absolutely delicious.
My ice cream tasted great but not a 30 minute long wait great. I was able to get some outdoor seating with fair ease. If the line isn't too bad, going here is a great option but it is mildly overhyped.

Excellent Ice Cream!!!! I’m from Chicago. And I have family that live here in Minnesota. Sebastian’s is there favorite place to eat ice cream. And so is mine.
Pavarotti is my favorite flavor of all time! Even though I don't usually enjoy ice cream, when I'm in town, Sebastian Joe's is the first place I visit.
Fresh and delicious. Bought coffee beans too! We always choose this place for our ice cream treat!! Nice to be able to bring the dog.
