Venant de Suisse, j'ai passé d'innombrables heures chez Sebz pour l'atmosphère sereine qui y règne et je n'ai jamais autant appris et découvert sur les thés qu'à cet endroit. Les employés sont extrêmement disponibles pour toutes sortes d'explications et conseils avisés et j'ai régulièrement eu droit à des dégustations qui m'ont agréablement surpris. Il y a même un menu disponible pour accompagner les boissons (préférence pour la salade d'algues). La seule chose qui m'attriste finalement , c'est de ne pas avoir trouvé d'équivalent en Suisse .
Cela fait très (trop) longtemps que je voulais assister à un atelier chez Sebz, découvrir la place et apprendre. Première expérience parfaite, très intéressant, l'atelier permet de se familiariser avec toutes les sortes de thé et Sébastien est passionnant dans sa façon d'expliquer ; il partage ses connaissances avec passion et de façon très accessible. L'endroit est de plus très agréable. Sebz a gagné 2 nouvelles clientes ce soir, nous reviendrons pour d'autres ateliers et certainement beaucoup de visites pour déguster un bon thé sur place.
A very good friend and I spent a comfortable three hours here a couple days ago. The aromatic tea just came coming and we had some of the tasty things they had on offer to eat. Afterwards we bought a few Japanese tea cups and left in a sort of afterglow. The service was patient, generous, warm people here obviously love what they're doing!
Passionate staff and great selection of all kind of teas from aromatised to Pu'er. There's also a lovely lounge to have all sort of conversations with your friends, which we've been using for the last 8 years : A must for tea lovers and those of you who want to discover the magic behind the leaves. Service is always kind, their offer online, while a tad smaller than the one in-situ, is still very impressive and covers most's needs. As a student, their tearoom is really relaxed and stimulating for doing classwork or for a more quiet hang-out with my friends while enjoying a warm beverage.
The best tea, the best owner, and the best staff—SEBZ is truly the finest place in town to pause and savor one of life's most natural and effective remedies! They sparked my love for tea about five years ago, and in doing so, they have earned a lifelong loyal customer.
My favorite tea spot! My sister bought me a gift card here a few years back and they had me fall in love with tea! Learnt and tasted so much here and held dozens of meetings and get togethers as well! It's lovely and the staff is incredible.
