This cafe looks small when one enters the front section. A few seats are available in the entrance area. Behind the entrance is a large covered (patio) section with tables and chairs and a third area in the back garden. After my first visit, I am not sure if I will return. Positives:- prices are reasonable. The menu is quite limited. Example: Lasagne, chips, salad and coffee is about $20. We stumbled across this cafe after finding that most in this location close their kitchens at 2 pm and me and my pregnant daughter wandering the streets at 2-30pm, Frustrating!So we walked in and welcomed by a smile we were welcomes me my daughter and the Dog Sir Bob. I ordered a burger my daughter a juice. We met with friends for an informal business meeting. The waiter, "Ray", who couldn't do enough to delight, took the whole atmosphere to the next level. It's such a great place to enjoy a patio atmosphere and concentrate on catching up with whoever you're with. A favorite of ours even before we moved to the area.
I live north of the river and this was my first time at this restaurant and I loved it. I loved the setting and the food. Café style not over priced and very tasty, good quick service. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and my meal and hope to return again.

No table service. Quick coffee service. Had the Secret Garden omelette with chicken and asparagus and they used TINNED asparagus- really not acceptable when you are paying for a meal to use tinned asparagus. Disappointing.
We came for breakfast after seeing this place on trip advisor. We were not disappointed! The garden is beautiful, lots of interesting things to explore to keep the kids busy and the food was beautiful. Thank you!
Great place for breakfast. Been there several times and never disappoints. Large servings and good variety. Great atmosphere, although I'm not keen on dogs being at restaurants and being fed by customers
The place is like the Tardis - it just keeps growing....what a lovely place to eat. Food and coffee was great and a good price - even on a cool Saturday afternoon - enough heating to keep you warm

This really is a hidden gem and is worth a visit to sit in rear garden, there is nowhere else quite like it in Perth. Very relaxed and fast service. Don't miss out.
