Für mich kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, höchstens 3 Sterne! Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal buchen. Das einzige, was unseren Urlaub etwas gerettet hat, war der Blick vom Balkon auf den Bodensee. Die Rezeption ist kaum besetzt. Wenn man etwas wissen möchte, muss man eine Nummer wählen, obwohl die Rezeption angeblich von Montag bis Freitag von 7 bis 21 Uhr besetzt sein soll. Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad, ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Auf der Webseite wird jedoch ein ganz anderes Bild vermittelt, sodass man als Gast mit einem abgenutzten Badezimmer enttäuscht wird. Für Buchungsgäste ist das eine echte Irreführung! Decent hotel in a great location I arrived with my dog. I paid more for it than I've ever paid in any other hotel before: €25 extra. A water bowl was available, which is a positive. The room was small, with a poor view and a refrigerator that wasn't plugged in and was therefore warm. The hotel had hardly any rooms occupied, so I was surprised why my room was so spartan. Probably because I was bringing my dog. I wanted to add breakfast. The price was exorbitant at €29.00. However, I would have only been allowed to sit on the terrace with my dog. So I politely declined. I would have accepted that my dog wasn't allowed in the breakfast room and would have happily parked him in the car for that...
Enttäuschend – maximal 2 Sterne wert Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Bewertung ausgewählt, wurde jedoch leider sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei der Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption, was keinen guten ersten Eindruck macht. Es dauerte lange, bis wir jemanden erreichten, der uns weiterhelfen konnte. Die Zimmer waren winzig, deutlich kleiner als erwartet und keineswegs dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels entsprechend. Es gab kaum Platz, sich vernünftig zu bewegen oder das Gepäck unterzubringen. Zudem wirkte alles etwas beengt und unbequem. Das Hotel könnte mit einem höheren Standard werben, aber ehrlich gesagt verdient es nicht mehr als 2 Sterne. Schade, denn die Lage und das äußere Ers...
Unfortunately we were disappointed. After previous positive stays there was now a lot to complain about. What bothered us a lot was that the hotel door was open day and night but the reception was never manned, so anyone could just walk in. No reception for inquiries, not even a drinks machine, simply zero service and to top it off there were defects in the rooms. Breakfast was good but in the neighboring hotel. In summary: completely overpriced for the service (what service exactly? Room furnishings were only available on request). And the worst thing of all was that we received ZERO response to our repeated complaints. We were completely ignored. Thank you, not recommended.

We were looking forward to the hotel. Unfortunately, everything turned out differently than expected. The hotel room wasn't ready at 3 p.m., there was no air conditioning in the room, no reception (only at the hotel 100 meters away), a very small room without any extras. No bottle of water, no small toiletries (as you'd expect from a 4-star hotel), simply nothing. And all this for €250 a night with a dog. The parking space is a 30-minute walk away, if you can even find it. OK, there's a shuttle service, but €20 a day for parking is still not justified. And finally, there's the debate about receiving a paper bill. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. It's a shame.
The hotel is very stylishly and modernly furnished. We had a great room with a lake view. I didn't particularly like the breakfast. The selection of cold cuts and cheeses was below average, the salmon was very salty and wet, inedible for me. The jams were subpar, and the kitchen couldn't even provide me with a soft-boiled egg for breakfast in a week. Otherwise, a good selection.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr schlecht. Die Zimmer werden nur auf Wunsch gereinigt (Greenwashing). Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und von minderer Qualität (maximal 2-Sterne-Niveau). Für zwei Personen steht nur ein Bademantel zur Verfügung. Die Parksituation ist äußerst ungünstig. Die Rezeption ist nicht vor Ort und nur für wenige Stunden besetzt.
5:59 PM I was there six years ago. Nothing remains of the former charm. Small rooms, no automatic room service. Breakfast in the neighboring building for €29. Very expensive. No longer staffed reception. I won't be back.

The hotel is no longer a 4-star hotel. The rooms are dark and there's no air conditioning; it's unbearably hot. The staff was friendly. Parking is only available for a fee of €20 per night.
