the night was fantastic. it was a family celebration for birthday and our 5 year old big daughter was included and supervised. the meal was a tasting and each cure was incredibly incredible, tasty and so well presented. the personal was fantastic,...helpfully humorous and perfect in their detail and attention the search for the diners. the courses were so delicious a beautifully presented and the effort of a gluten/dairy free diner did not put on them any problem. cordial desire to this wonderful restaurant and its impeccable staff.
the warm and intimate interieur prepares you for an unforgettable experience. we decided to visit again after our first dinner and fell in love with us. a unique selection of dressed, with a perfect finish. the suggestions of the cook were wonderful: imaginative preparations, absolutely fresh ingredients. the service. could also not be better, reinforced with an exceptional weinlist. at the end the segreto will withdraw us at the next visit in st. gallen, it is not to miss.
only that is what they expect from a Michelen starting place. cozy, relaxed ambiente, delicate music. a perfect service. eat usually great, beautifully presented, though not much natural, to taste rather not too great starving to satisfy. some dishes really great some still need some work...(to fit standard.) 9 curs menu recommended. very pleasant experience. the entrance is quirky not to be discouraged.
I have to say that eating here was really good. some modern gastronomic but not this avantgarde art. pretty good direction and balance. the wine list also includes a decent area. castello ygay 1959 and it was still beautiful. the service was a good shock for...I only 2 people running the space and they still manage the flow well. the kitchen team also served eating. I have to say impressive.
