I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and I absolutely adore it! They offer a wide variety of local beers that are constantly changing, making it exciting to try something new each time. Plus, they have Russian River beers on tap, which is a big hit with my husband. A few years ago, they introduced a full bar, and their cocktail menu is fantastic, featuring all fresh ingredients and a great selection of spirits. We usually opt to sit in the bar area, but we've also enjoyed dining on both sides and have always received excellent service. I updated my review to 5 stars. Their food, ambience and customer service is great. I live close to their location and when I walk by there on my morning walks, I sometimes see mentally handicapped folk cleaning the place (before the place opens). Their handicap is severe enough where it is obvious they wouldn't be able to hold down a job. There are a few non handicapped people supporting and guiding them. It's so wonderful that this place supports those who are less fortunate. Must give the handicapped helpers a sense of purpose and responsibility. First of all, I want to highlight how accommodating the staff was, and I truly appreciate that. When it comes to Chicago pizza, this restaurant is hands down the best place I've visited. The ambiance is excellent, making it a great spot for a drink, a kids' birthday party, or an after-game celebration for a baseball team. The service was friendly and attentive, but the star of the show was the food. Everything was perfect, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I wholeheartedly give this place a five-star rating!

I placed an order online through their website and was charged for it. When I arrived to pick it up, I waited 15 minutes for assistance in a nearly empty restaurant, despite several employees being present. Eventually, I was informed that there was no record of my order. The staff member appeared confused about their online ordering system. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. At least my credit card company will cancel the charge. Service: Takeout.
Food was ok. Service was awful. Very disappointing visit to say the least. Don't expect to be acknowledged for a while after arriving on the bar side. The gentleman bartender is friendly. The older gal not so much. Not sure what her problem is but she walks around that place with an awful attitude. We only go here because it's close to the house but will be taking our business elsewhere if the service does not improve...
What a fantastic place for families! The food is amazing! The deep dish pizza is the best I've ever had. The wings are consistently delicious, and there are plenty of options, even for salads. The tap list is impressive, and the staff is wonderful. We're especially grateful to Cheri, Ella, Chris, Gio, Wyatt, and many others. If you're looking for great food and drinks, you definitely need to check this place out!
Amazing Chicago style pizza! My wife and I do weekly pizza as our cheat meal and given we just moved to the area we were in search for our go to place. We're going to give the gluten free a try next go around. Needs improvement on the efficiency aspect of the pickup process but taste and costumer service makes up for it. Good vibe if you eat in! Ordered to go the missed a portion of my order which I waited additional time to get. Food was getting cold so I decided to leave. Manager gave me a refund and apologized.
