we were near la grande motte and the semiramis was recommended by our hotel. we chose the tasting menu at 32 euro and were blown away from the aromes and the amount of food we receive. the service was excellent and the owner spent time to entertain himself over his previous life as a director of a circular! we spoke in French, but the menu was also translated in English. a few other diners, but do not let themselves be sampled of delicious foods
we spent several evenings here enjoy very good menus. in the southwest of France, in the midst of the Mediterranean atmosphere, we were transferred to a warm and welcoming Syrian world of 1001 nights. very spontaneous, authentic, a hidden gem in la grande. motte the dance play is not disturbing and very good. this will bring a more value to their stay here.
We arrived just after 20.00 where 2nd table to be seated it took 1 hour 15 minutes for our salad starter to arrive and after another hour with no sign of our 2nd course while other bigger groups served, we walked out in frustration. Found...a pizza place and had a pizza made fresh and cooked within 15 minutes.
Passez votre chemin . Accueil médiocre. Non respect du dessert du menu prévu sans prévenir ni explication donnée . Je n'ai pas été traité comme les autres clients de la salle et j ai ressenti la différence ... Un petit point positif le couscous . Vivant dans le département je n y retournerai pas . Pour avoir mangé ici de nombreuses fois, je suis vraiment désolé mais c'est devenu un boui-boui.Nous étions en famille 6 adultes 2 enfants... et bien on est deux à avoir été malade. Un grand nettoyage des cuisines et des frigos s'impose. Bref c'était bien mais ça c'était avant.
A l'écart du centre, mais à 2 pas, cet établissement en forme et décoration de tente type berbère saura satisfaire vos papilles. Accueil excellent. Terrasse sous les pins Ne pas hésiter.
Des portions faméliques et sans saveur, un accueil très moyen, hormis son décor rien n'évoque dans cet établissement les saveurs de la gastronomie orientale. Dommage !!!
