Sencha is absolutely one of my favorite places to go. My partner, our friend, and I have made it a “thing” where we travel out to Sencha just for the tea. The baristas there are always kind and an absolute joy to be around. They are always positive and very skilled at their work. I can only hope that the company is treating them very well because they all deserve it! My favorite part is how they are allowed to be themselves; as someone from the lgbtqia community, I can’t say enough how safe that space feels seeing others in the community and seeing the support for the community as a whole. Parking: The parking lot is standard for a small establishment and works well. Wheelchair accessibility: Since the restaurant is on the ground floor, getting in shouldn't be a problem. However, it's important to mention that there isn't a button to open the door, which is a bit of a drawback.

Mellow little place with some great drinks. The cantaloupe iced green tea is great!Highly recommend for a quick pick me up or to grab a seat and chill if it's not too busy.
It is great to have tea houses in Madison. If you like to sit down and relax over a nice pot of tea (made by friendly professionals), this is a good spot to support.
The orders come through very fast and the staff are always friendly. The place is clean for the most part and homely. The boba and teas have never let me down!
