Whoever was working at this hour, was so very rude over the phone!! How can you tell a guest over the phone to hold their horses as you’re assisting other guests in front of you? Do we see that over the phone? Plus… call dropped the first time I was on hold, now I’m not sure if he hung up after I asked for delivery. When I had called back the third time he mentioned he wasn’t speaking to me he was saying it to a male guest? Omg unacceptable!! Very poor customer service!!
Ordered pizza thru their website at 11pm for pick up, showed up 20min later and they were closed. Called today(next day) at 7:30pm, manager said I placed my order for the next day at 11am morning, and I never showed up and they made the pizza, therefor no pizza and no refund. They usually close at 3am but yesterday they closed early due to power problem. Why would i order it for next day morning? And no follow up call to pick up?
I've never eaten inside this place, always ordered delivery through Slice, so I can't speak to the ambience. However, always prompt delivery, delicious pizza with excellent crust, and reasonably priced for the area. And they're open late, which is good because when I get off my incoming flight at 930pm ME IS HONGRAY.
Pizza was dripping with grease which explains the terrible ingredients they use. They also forgot to add my sauce which I paid for. I like me a nasty greasy pizza sometimes but this was just too much. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ordered the hawaiian pizza you could actually taste the candian bacon they use. Unlike some in some pizzas where it’s some bland ham or canadian bacon that you can’t really taste.
Smelled the pizza coming into the rental car area at SFO. Had to ask. I got the car and went straight to Seniores. It did not disappoint. The staff was kind. Thank you.
Ordered a large pie Plus 2 bottles of water Half Hawaiian AND Half Meat Lovers pie. Had plenty of left over for the next day for 2 of us.
