We went on Sunday night for my daughter 's birthday dinner. It was my daughter, myself and a few guests. We have been there a few times for lunch and it was great. This night was a special night because my daughter chose to have her birthday dinner there. First off the waitress made us VERY uncomfortable because we mentioned that we had a coupon from Facebook that we were able to use before. The waitress then asked WHO let you use the coupon, what day was it, what did the waitress look like, what color was her hair, was she heavy set. I was Soo embarrassed! We waited over an hour for our food. My mom 's food was dry and they brought my daughter the wrong food and she waited about 10 minutes...
I am incredibly disappointed! This was my second visit, and it ended in disappointment again. We had a show at Oakdale at 8 o'clock and made reservations for 6. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated right away. We received the menus, but that’s where the service stopped for about 45 minutes. Eventually, they came to take our drink order, but we didn’t want to be late, so we placed our full meal order as well. It took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and then the appetizers and pizzas for the kids came afterward. After waiting a total of 1.5 hours for our dinner, we had to leave. The food is generally very good. But their online ordering is terrible! A few weeks ago they lost an online order. The staff ran around a lot but didn't do much to help resolve the issue, and during the conversation a waiter (not directly involved) got VERY snippy with me and only made matters worse. Last night they made 2 pizzas too small, leaving us with not enough food for a family visit. If you are going to use an online ordering system, then TRAIN your staff on how to use it. After two big mistakes in a row, not sure we'll ever eat there or order takeout again, sadly.
We have attended several private catered events at this restaurant, with our most recent visit just a couple of days ago. This restaurant truly excels in its service. The food is excellent, and the decorations and arrangements are spot on. They manage the buffet setup and individual drink orders exceptionally well. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Overall, our experiences here have consistently been positive. This place had the worst eggplant dinner that I've ever had. The eggplant was like leather very tough and the pasta was a little under cooked. They had the nerve to charge me for a little bit of ricotta when I didn't get mozzarella on the eggplant probably because I told them about their eggplant being too tough and their garlic knots were terrible they hardly had any butter or garlic on them. What a shame it used to be a good place to eat.
The service and ambiance were excellent. The bread and garlic knots were delightful. Our main dishes were tasty, but the portion sizes felt a bit small in relation to the price. However, observing the dishes at nearby tables made me realize that it might vary depending on what you order. Next time, I plan to try something different.
Helpful staff, high quality food. Social distancing protocols are in use. Staff wears mask and gloves. They maintaining appropriate distance until they need to serve you. Peoples are spaced and seating is done to maximize distance. They also have umbrella covered tables outside.
Attended a paint night here, the food supplied was very good, the pizza was awesome, drinks good and reasonable, staff was friendly and the paint night was so much fun. Victoria was great. Will definitely come back for dinner soon and will attend more paint nights! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Fabulous food! Lobster crab cakes are delicious ! Never a bad meal. Very happy they survived the pandemic. I ordered take out several times to help out as much as i could. Great food, great staff. Now that summer is here I?ll have to try out the patio!
