We had a great meal. My boyfriend opted for steak and a Caribbean lobster (slightly more expensive meal than their other steak and lobster combos at around $70). He loved every bite. I had the filet duo. The sauce had a very distinct and lovely flavor without being overpowering. We finished with the Creme brûlée. It was not as firm on the inside as what we are accustomed to but it was delicious. I believe our server’s name was Dennis. He was super attentive without being intrusive, and we lacked for nothing. Oh, the couscous was AMAZING!
We had a brief wait of just 10 minutes for our reservation on a busy night, which was impressive. The hostess was delightful and well-organized. Our server was fantastic, displaying a friendly and welcoming personality. The food was excellent, with five different dishes ordered at our table. The wine list was satisfactory as well. We will definitely return. The only downside was the high noise level; the restaurant could benefit from adding sound-absorbing panels on the deck.
Perfect evening! First time visitor. Everything from the appetizers, drinks, entree's and dessert were fabulous. The server was lovely and a joy. Plenty crazy good items, but top of the list was the wedge salad, lobster truffle mac and cheese, and the lemon cake. If you go and only get these 3 things, you will be happy. Highly recommend Serrato's. They have earned their high Open Table rating.
We live in college Grove but had heard this mentioned as one of the best steakhouses in Franklin. Like everyone else, we thought that was unlikely based on location and like everyone else we were wrong! From cocktails, appetizers, service and especially the steak…everything was EXCELLENT! The food was incredible, and the service was top-notch. I ordered the house salad with salmon, while my husband chose the wedge salad alongside a filet. Both dishes were excellent. However, the highlight of our meal was definitely the lemon cake. It was light and delicious, making for a perfect ending to our dining experience!
We had a wonderful dinner on Friday night and we will definitely return when we're back in Franklin.
You can't go wrong here; the food is consistently delicious and always cooked to perfection.
