Favorite (newish hoagie spot on the island; beats out Moran 's. I shall now dream about Seven Mile hoagies during he offseason. : I ordered an Italian loaded (LTO, sweet hot peppers, oil and vinegar from here and Moran 's (former #1 for me . I ate half of each hoagie immediately, and the other half of each hoagie the next day for lunch. Here are my findings: Taste: about the same, tbh. Both places use the same deli meats, peppers, and other ingredients. Construction: Moran 's was a bit more loaded, but not in a good way. The hoagie sort of falls apart as you eat it. Seven Mile 's hoagie was perfectly constructed, though, stuffed but still structurally sound. 2nd day: Here 's where Seven Mile...
I had an excellent hoagie featuring outstanding roast beef, American cheese, just the right amount of mayo, and sweet peppers. The mayo was perfectly measured, adding just the right touch. The roll was fantastic as well. When I called to place my order, I spoke with a really friendly person. The restaurant is conveniently located right across from the Avalon Fire Department.
This is a tiny spot, but definitely worth a visit for a meal. Josh prepares the finest soups and chili. The salads, sandwiches, and subs are all generously portioned. I particularly enjoy his homemade tuna salad, but there are plenty of other options to choose from. The prices are quite affordable too. You can even call ahead and pick up your food on your way to the beach!
Tim's sandwiches and hoagies are made with delicious, fresh bread. The Italian hoagies are the best in Avalon and Stone Harbor. The service is quick and friendly! Deli meats sliced to order just not during lunch rush, which is completely understandable. This shop is always busy and has become a staple in Avalon.
This charming little restaurant offers delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. They play classic movies on VHS, which adds a nostalgic touch to the dining experience, even during busier times. The owner is a wonderful person, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
My husband and I visited this place during our last trip to Avalon. The gentleman who was working there seemed quite grumpy. The sandwich we had was good, but it didn’t blow us away. We were a bit let down, especially after reading all the positive reviews.

This is by far my favorite sandwich on the island! It has an excellent balance of meats and toppings, all served on the best rolls. The price is also fantastic for the area. Keep up the great work!
