Beware!!! Non gluten menu is not gluten free!! We contacted restaurant and spoke to the chef who confirmed for the non gluten menu its is not gluten free as the food is definitely cross contaminated and there are no precautions in place. If you have celiac disease or a allergies, please be careful. Most restaurants with non gluten or gluten free menus understand the risks involved and are most restaurants take precautions. We encountered a few issues tonight with seating and dining, but Amy provided exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. Compared to our experiences with the other staff, Amy truly prioritized customer satisfaction and made our meal much more enjoyable. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I recognize that Amy is an invaluable asset to her team. I hope the manager takes note of this feedback and gives her the recognition she deserves.
Fantastic service, staff really friendly and helpful and fully trained as excellent knowledge of the products behind the bar, really clean as well as our table was immaculate and staff constantly out cleaning tables. Lovely meals and served very quickly considering it was bank holiday Monday and the pub was busy. Great attentive staff. Will be returning very soon.
