had a few problems tonight regarding sitting, eating etc. but amy turned out to be excellent customer service, was very helpful and so welcoming and hospitable. in comparison to our experiences with the other employees, amy has prioritized customer satisfaction most and made our meal so much more memorable. I also work in the hospitality and realize that amy is an invaluable member for her team, I hope that the manager acknowledges this evaluation and give her the recognition she deserves.
welcome. personal very friendly and accommodating. a lunch. many seats and tables. bier was really good (ipa.) the steak and ale Pie was really nice. I enjoyed it.
Lovely meals and served very quickly considering it was bank holiday Monday and the pub was busy. Great attentive staff. Will be returning very soon.
