I visited Kingpin in Darling Harbour for the first time a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience with Brett's customer service. We decided to return yesterday and Brett was once again ensuring we were well taken care of and having a great time. I appreciate that Brett takes the time to chat with us and check in to make sure we have everything we need. Brett truly enhanced our overall experience at the restaurant and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Brett, for your exceptional service and cheerful demeanor. The restaurant was clean with a good atmosphere, and the kids enjoyed themselves. The machines were working properly and the staff were friendly. The music was at a reasonable volume. However, we did encounter a problem with our lane three times, which was a bit frustrating. We were eventually moved to a different lane without much difficulty. The price of $16 for a drink that was mostly ice seemed a bit high, but I don't go out often so I'm not sure if that's typical.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and the food was served quickly and was delicious. In addition to the great dining experience, there are also fun activities available such as bowling, arcade machines, Mario Kart, virtual reality, and ping pong. As an added bonus, they give you a $10 card for the arcade machines for every $30 you spend on food.
Great venue with great staff. Very organized. Isabella our party host to our 9 year old son’s party went above and beyond. She was extremely patient and friendly. Nothing was too much and she even stayed with the kids during their 30 mins games and supervised and ensured they were safe. Thank you so much Isabella for being so lovely.

Attended a birthday party here on the weekend. It was so fun. The food and cocktails were my highlight. I like that the layout of the arcade has changed and there is new games. I’ve also been during the day, and it’s great for kids, while at night with the lighting, club like music and vibe it’s perfect for a night out with mates!
We had a hockey team getogether here last weekend and safe to say everyone had a great time! Attentive staff brilliant service, and the facilities were excellent; the food was great too. It felt like we got a bit of VIP treatment. Thanks to the Kingpin team for hosting a wonderful event.
