Hotel is in a nice location close to the airport. The building doesn't have the Wow factor, but it's tidy and we'll kept. Was given a nice room, complimentary upgrade. There are so many well selected, well trained, motivated staff there, it's hard to mention...them all. A few that I can remember are, Angelica and Michela on Reception, Thumbs at the bar, and Elizabete and Angel... on housekeeping on the 7th floor. Exceptional at breakfast were Laurie, Mailie, Frederic and Angel. A little Smile and chat goes a long way when you stay in hotels often. The ‘plat de jour’ was disappointing and there wasn’t sufficient choice to choose something else on the Main Menu. The restaurant was only a quarter full. In addition the sound of drilling from the renovation works was quite disturbing. I don’t think I will be eating there again.
perfect setting for a pleasant lunch. professional and friendly staff, nice selection of delicious dresses (especially mention for the barschfilets) and a good selection of drinks (soft and wein).
