Severnshed pulls off a pretty impressive trick for a big venue it appears to be a lot more intimate space than it actually is. Mainly through the low and warm lighting, they've done a great job of distracting you from the fact that you're essentially sitting in a large, er, shed, I suppose! The food is excellent, with the falafel being my personal pick of the starters, while the roast chicken, which comes the creamiest of mashes, stands out from the mains. One tip: try and nab an outdoor seat so you can enjoy excellent views across the docks everything is certainly shipshape and Bristol fashion at Severnshed!
To start, we enjoyed the Kedgeree, which came with an out-of-this-world dipping sauce, and the mushrooms were delightful. For the main course, we opted for fish and chips as well as seafood linguine, both of which were excellent. For dessert, we shared the churros (six mini ones, which were perfect for sharing) along with an Old Fashioned cocktail. The drink was slightly bitter but generously made with whisky. The restroom facilities were clean and pleasant, and it’s convenient that they accept card payments. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!
I had a great experience with the service! Our waiter was fantastic and really made our meal enjoyable. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating was that the sauce in my burger was a bit too watery, which made it challenging to eat. I think it might have been a busy night, and the chef may have had to leave early since there were a lot of customers. Despite that, I loved everything else, and I plan to come back for every event. I would definitely recommend this place!
This restaurant is wonderful with creative cuisine. We were seated quickly, and the furniture was in good condition and well maintained. Our server attended to us right away, and our drinks were served promptly. I ordered the salmon, which was delicious and perfectly cooked, with discreet portion sizes. The Severn Shed has a wide selection of great food, and the place has lovely views over the river. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for here and if you manage to take advantage of one of their great offers you could get a real bargaincheck out their website but they used to run 2 courses for £7 if you got there before 7pm. Bargain! Great for a snack, a special meal or just for drinks after worksome of the nicest cocktails in town!
7 of us booked for Sunday lunch, both the food and service were absolutely brilliant. We Will definitely be returning. all food came out hot, together and on time, we asked to change some bits on one of the roasts this was no problem whatsoever and came out perfect. The beef, pork and turkey were outstanding. All top quality produce cooked with care.
we went here for our 10-year anniversary at the arrival we sat and offered a free glass champagner the food was exceptional we both had the scallops and chorizo-Starter my wife had seafood linguine while I had the steak eton mess for desert that was beautiful and my wife had sticky toffee pudding could not very soon recommend we again.

Very nice restaurant with a great interior design. Gin cocktail was absolutely wonderful and all the food we ordered was very tasty and enjoyable. Staff was also quite friendly and helpful.
