As fans of shawarma and hummus, we were disappointed with the hummus due to its excessive tahini and bitter taste. The falafel was also disappointing, lacking its usual tenderness and sweet chickpea flavor. I absolutely adored the food at this restaurant! It's a delightful place with beautiful decor and a fantastic atmosphere. The chef has his own YouTube channel where he demonstrates how he prepares the dishes on the menu, which is really cool to watch. I even subscribed to the channel. The staff were exceptional, rating an 11 out of 10. The presentation of the dishes was also an 11 out of 10. And of course, the taste was outstanding, another 11 out of 10. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant when we visit Hollywood, FL again.
This a solid spot to grab some food. The presentation was great. Definitely 5 stars on that aspect. Food was pretty good but I wouldn’t say it was great. However; the Baklavah was absolutely out of this world and if you come here do not leave withoutgetting that. It was 10/10 and might be the best I’ve ever had. If you live in Hollywood this place is worth checking out fordinner.

Absolutely scrumptious! The reviews enticed me in, the calm beautiful decor drew me closer, but the delectable food and refreshing flight of mimosas made me not want to leave. Additionally Miss Jasmin provided the most hospitable service I’ve experienced in Southern Florida in decades. Highly recommended for locals and travelers alike!
Great friendly service. Shabo’s has both inside and outside dinning. Everything was really good. I liked that the Mixed Grill was served on a heated platter so stayed warm. The baklava looked so delicious, we forgot to take a photo until it was too late.

Amazing food. Very Mediterranean infused flavors so if you’re picky about seasonings, ask how it’s made. Service was exceptional even on a busy Mother’s Day evening! Will be returning!

Lily provided excellent service during our lunch at the restaurant. We enjoyed calamari and two cocktails for happy hour, and everything was delicious. Thank you, Lily!
There are some great vegetarian options at this restaurant. The falafel wrap is scrumptious and the vegan shakshuka is fantastic, loaded with falafel balls.
