Came on a Monday lunch. I was the only customer for the whole time I was there. I was offered the main menu at around $16 but I knew they had a lunch special for $10.90 which was advertised on social media and the wall.
The ingredients were good, the beef had a slight meaty smell but I'm ok with that. The rice seemed to be a mix of two batches of slightly soggy plus normal rice but not particularly enjoyable on its own. Probably because I started on it half way through.

I usually come here for when I was a hot pot fix that isn't a full blown out meal. For $16.90 you get to choose your soup base (I usually go spicy), choice of noodles/rice, meat dish and also a bowl of vegies to add into your own hot pot. I usually also get quail eggs too.
The service isn't great but you get decent service for what you pay for the meal. I would like more sauce options but complimentary hot tea (or even paying for hot tea) would be great as well but for a relatively cheap hot pot that's single serve, it's worth a try.
Average price for an average experience. Same price (~$17) as Shabuhouse set menu (pre-buffet) but not on par at all. Ordered the seafood menu which I knew better than to expect fresh. What came out was a little array of veges, tiny portion of rice noodle and 2 prawns, 3 clams and a few pieces of squid (not photographed). Did not feel full afterwards.

Had my wedding anniversary here with my husband and parents. We had one hot pot each. 2 meat and 2 vege. Very nice and very filling. When we wanted extra food they got it for us.
Great friendly staff
We all know plaza food can be a bit risky. You know this place serves a pretty good hot pot. Quick to order and quick to eat. Not bad at all for plaza food.
pretty bad combination of Vegi set. it is strange to use cauliflower for hotpot, and the dinge are too big to put even in the pot and take only cash.
it was fast and efficient, veggies was fresh, good priced. rice was soggy so that we did not touch it, seafood were frozen, but the sweet were fresh.

Always nice service, soup is great and so is the pork free noodle refills take the cake though- I'm a sucker for free extras
It is good - price is reasonable - often crowded so may need to wait to get a seat.
