Shad - Tisch reservieren

It does not matter how good the cooking techniques are. If the chef is using copious amounts of TABLE SALT. the end result cannot rise and take its place amongst heavenly experiences I had one of the chef's special lamb dishes. I regularly cook Indian...food as it is part of my heritage. The lamb seemed OK but the lingering taste of, you guessed it, table salt meant that I cannot really comment on the chefs skills because his mistake crushes everything else about the experience. India is a land with a wide tradition of different salts from Himalayan pink salt to black rock salt and sea- salt. We came here for a romantic evening, it was pleasant but the whole restaurant was so cold I had to keep my jacket on the whole night which isn't ideal. The food was ok, my partner said his food was too salty and not alot...of spice so he didn't eat all of it but mine was fine and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Firstly what a menu a little different from the traditional Indian a large number of sea food options as well as vegetarian and vegan choices. We had a take away the full works all of us were wowed by the food.. freshness of flavour and absolutely delicious.

We had a great experience at Shad on our first visit. The food and service were both excellent. The menu offered a variety of options that were different from the usual, and there were also good choices for vegetarians.

I received my take way from the shad The food was cold . The nan was burnt and the poppadoms was also burnt. I very disappointed
