I recently visited this restaurant and ordered the "Hurrache" with grilled chicken made from masa flour, which resembled a large, soft taco. Two days later, I had the fish tacos, and they were equally delicious. My group unanimously agreed that both dishes were outstanding. The fish was locally sourced and incredibly fresh. The prices were reasonable for the Big Island, and the portion sizes were generous. While parking can be challenging along the Kona Coast, this restaurant has around 10 to 12 spots at the back that are not easily seen from the road. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant was not crowded.
The food was incredible—every dish was fresh and full of flavor, with portions that were just right. You could sense that they truly care about what they offer. However, the highlight was definitely the view. Being seated with the ocean right in front of you made the entire experience very soothing. Whether you're stopping by for a quick meal or just enjoying a drink, it’s an ideal place to relax and take in the stunning scenery. It's definitely worth a visit if you're nearby and in search of delicious food accompanied by a beautiful backdrop.
This is an essential stop for a quick lunch while visiting Hawaii. My wife and I tried the fish taco plate with magma sauce, which was wonderfully sweet at first, followed by a nice spicy kick. We also had the pork taco plate with verde sauce, and it had one of the best verde sauces we've ever tasted. I highly recommend getting the cheesy tortillas for just $1.50 as well.
Street-style tacos here are incredibly flavorful! I tried the mild mango sauce with my veggie tacos, and I was thoroughly impressed. They definitely know how to cater to vegan diets and really educate their customers about it.

The veggie tacos are exceptionally flavorful, featuring quinoa, corn, and broccoli. You can enjoy them as tacos, bowls, or burritos, all of which can be made vegan.
The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious! The Carnitas Wet Burrito was not only generous in portion but also incredibly flavorful!
The vegetable tacos with salsa verde were delicious! Just be sure to request them vegan when you order, as some of the listed sauces contain honey.
