Just yikes. My husband and I were driving down the shore a little after rush hour and wanted to stop for a quick bite. All I can say is wow. Now I realize this is a rest stop on the GSP, but it 's been a long time since I have seen such a disorganized mess. There were about 10 employees working. Well, I say working in that they were behind the counter and wearing Shake Shack shirts. There was one cashier taking orders. I couldn 't believe how many times my husband had to say one plain burger. I ordered cheese fries. Add a bottle of water and a soda. That was it. Four items. We stood there for close to 20 minutes. There were three or four people ahead of us. After we finally received our food...
Was looking forward to stopping here to get my usual, but this location does not have cookies n cream shakes. I hate the inconsistency in flavor availability especially when their name is SHAKE shack. Some fries were also overcooked. Burger was great.
