Absolutely terrible experience. Waited outside in the cold for over 30 minutes after placing an order in person. Some to-go orders, including an incredibly large order, were completed and sitting out. No updates. No attempt to speed up order either. finally received order after 35 minutes of waiting. Food was okay, standard shake shack fare.
EDIT (after Shake Shack's response): It's great to see I can reach out via email for assistance. Even better, their response feels completely generic and robotic. Obviously, I’m being sarcastic. This is a review, not a request for assistance. I'm just sharing my experience with the community, nothing more, nothing less.
Delicious shakes and food. We loved that they didn’t skimp with the cheese on the cheese fries. It’s a little pricey for burgers and fries, but I love that they teamed up with the local library system to offer card holders a 10% discount this summer.
Being a fan of this joint I hopped in this place for a good brunch and was surely satisfied. It’s neat and clean well maintained atmosphere. Ordering kiosks are great and serving process is very smooth. Enjoyed every bit of their great burgers. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The burger was a bit greasy, and the patty was somewhat dry. However, the vegetables were fresh, and I really enjoyed the sauce. The fries were incredibly crispy, which I appreciate. Overall, this place is a great option for a quick lunch.
