The staff noticed that my friends and I had been there for a few hours catching up and approached us with complimentary drinks! They were incredibly kind and welcoming, encouraging us to stay as long as we wanted. They even came by to offer us their new sundaes to try. The staff here is truly amazing, attentive, and friendly!
This is my local shake shake, it is always clean, the wait time is not long, and the employees are always super nice as soon as you walk in the door. Katherine was very helpful giving my to-go order and asked if I needed sauce, utensils, etc… but seriously, this location is great.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, thanks in large part to the wonderful lady who served us. She had a beautiful personality and greeted everyone with warmth. This is definitely one of the best places I've visited in Miami!

Overpriced and not worth it, despite the convenience of it all. Milkshakes were decent but not at the price point, same with the burgers and fries.
All in all everything was as expected, service was reasonably quick and all the food servers and staff were friendly and attentive.
Disgusting attitude, they mess up your order and give you attitude for it. Stay away!
