This situation is usually acceptable, but not on Monday, January 31. We walked in to find the place empty and cold. I placed our order at 8:19: two burgers, two cheese fries, chicken bites, a soda, and a milkshake. We sat and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally received my order at 8:45. When I opened the bag, I discovered a hair in my cheese sauce. I went back to inform the girl at the counter, and she replaced it with a new one. Just as we were getting ready to eat, a staff member approached us to inform us that they were closing and we needed to finish up. What? The food is always the guilty pleasure one hopes for from Shake Shack. However, between dine-in, take out and online orders, there is no way for the staff to work fast enough to fulfill orders in a timely manner. They are kind and they really hustle but it's a losing game for diners who will wait upwards of 30 minutes to get their order. Inevitably part of the order will be wrong or have sat out to either melt or get cold while the rest of the order is prepared. Experience stylish dining at Shake Shack! The service was excellent during my visit. I’ve always enjoyed their Shroom Burger, although it would be great if they offered burgers made with pea protein or grass-fed beef. The shakes and fries are tasty, but they feel a bit pricey for the portion size. You might want to check the prices on your own to get a better idea of the value.
I can’t get over the order taker turning around the credit card terminal saying “the system is gonna ask you how much tip you’d like to leave”. For a take out order with 20 other people waiting? Where’s the tip even going? Are these people being paid “server” wages? This is an awkward and unwelcoming process.

I remember the last time I went there, the burgers were so delicious. When I came in last, the staff was very friendly there. If you go there, I suggest you get the Schroom Burger because it is very tasty. You can also get a bacon burger with cherry pepper and it is also really good.
This restaurant has a fantastic location with ample parking and a lovely outdoor space. The staff is friendly, and the establishment is very clean. The fire pits are a wonderful addition, and, as always, the food is excellent—I absolutely love their shakes!
The food and service were excellent! I tried the special Oreo shake, and it was delicious! I loved the burgers as well. I'm so glad we decided to stop here on our way home during Memorial Day!

Friendly staff which goes a long way nowadays! Your standard Shake Shack quality meal and the dining area was clean. Hand sanitizer was readily available too.
Great place one of my favorite burgers very tasty and the service it was excellent.
