We visited Shake Shack of New Hyde Park last Thursday for my son's 3rd birthday and although it's not full service dining (like all other Shake Shacks) the service was phenomenal. We were treated, honestly, like royalty. Ever worker went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you for taking care of us!
Since it was Nurses week, I heard Shake Shack was giving a free shake shack burger to nurses. I never had one so I thought that this would be a great way to try it. It was delicious! Now I can't wait to try other great foods from Shake Shack! Thank You for celebrating Nurses week and thank you for making me a Shake Shack Fan!!
Friendly service with a smile! My niece's iced tea was transformed into a mix of half lemonade and half iced tea without any questions asked. The burgers were fantastic, just like at Shake Shack. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Quality you've come to love and expect from a shake shack, just knocking a star off due to the lack of customer-accessible soda fountains availible that other long island locations have.
The most clean Shake Shack I ever see. The toilet also are very pleasant and the service was gentle, fast and the taste of the food amazing like usual. Thank you.
Great food and the lady manager there was really nice! They messed up our order and gave us a free custard ice cream. She was very kind!
