The customer service was decent, but there were some issues with my order. When I received my shake, it was runny even though it had been in the refrigerator while I was away. I asked them to reblend it, but it still didn’t meet my expectations. They knew I would be gone for 10 to 15 minutes, yet they prepared my shake as if I needed it right away. When I came back, a lady with a gold nose ring claimed that I had requested them to make it immediately, which I did not say. I mentioned again that it would be a while before I returned, but she still proceeded to make it right away. Overall, the service was good, but it could use some improvement in communication and attention to detail.
As a frequent customer here, I will say that the service is outstanding as well as the products. The prices may be somewhat higher than what you'd like to pay but the ingredients are quality! These people have good attitudes and always give timely, quality service no matter how busy! Highly recommended!
This is definitely one of my top 10 favorite spots. Everything on their menu is fantastic, but my personal favorites are the Raw PB Bowl and the Matcha Mentality. They serve the best acai bowls in the area, setting the standard for all acai bowl places. You won't be disappointed!
Definitely pricey, but oh so good. I was getting the matcha shake with whole milk until my husband showed me the light with the chocolate strawberry shake. Tastes just like a chocolate covered strawberry!

Great shakes and plenty of parking. Shakes taste awesome, price is normal for all places these days. Line at night sucks especially around 8:30pm. Sometimes not enough help during peak hours.
I personally can't drink whey protein. They made a shake for me without it and also made some good recommendations on how get protein intake without the whey.
Wouldn’t give me a cup of water even after my wife bought a smoothie. Said I had to buy a bottle. Not sure any other place besides spirit airlines does that
