Taking my previous star down... Sorry guys. But my visit yesterday for lunch was so disappointing. Seems eating here after 1:15pm was a bad idea, the cozy dining room (first room with the burnt sienna colored walls) was full. My party of three were seated in the more formal dining room and we were the only ones there. Our waiter was less than attentive and our waters were never refilled throughout the entire lunch, we had to ask and by then, we were done eating. We ordered lunch specials as I mentioned to my companions that it was the best deal in town but to my surprise, the food was underwhelming. I had the grilled pork chop which was delicious and hot. I came here on a double date and we have a mix of thoughts! Ambience was nice and wait staff was extremely friendly. All of us got the 3 course dinner for $39, which we thought was a good deal. Between the four of us, we ordered the: pitcher of red sangria (excellent garbanzo salad (good garlic soup (excellent fried manchego with honey (excellent avocado salad (good patatas bravas (good salmon sangria (sauce was good but salmon was just okay paella valenciana, paella marinera, paella de carne (beautiful and huge portions but a little too salty and shrimp seemed like maybe it was frozen? We were very happy with how big our portions were but we felt like some of the food could've been better....
Wednesday, February 21, 2024, party of 3 for a retirement dinner. We were sat in a very dim lit table near the restrooms and when we asked to be seated in the brighter dining room a staff person behind me snapped and said IF YOU GO THERE YOU DON 'T GET THE SAME MENU So, we sat at the dimly lit table 2 of us ordered the pre fixe while the celebrant ordered of the regular menu. Great experience at Sangria 71 Thursday night...I had to be in the area for a Wake and was unsure of a restaurant to grab dinner prior as I made great time from NJ Monday thru Thursday Sangria 71 offers a beautiful 3 course dinner for $39 The choices were incredible I went with their avocado salad, garlic shrimp and the Skirt Steak while my wife went with the caldo soup, fried manchego and paella The skirt steak had a $14 up charge which was well worth it, the steak had to be at least 12oz maybe more and it was cooked perfectly. The salad and soup were very good while the garlic shrimp were the best I have ever had, I was eating the sauce like soup...seriously fantastic rendition The paella...

I really appreciate the variety of sangrias they offer. However, I was disappointed during my recent visit on ladies' night. I ordered my first drink just 15 minutes before the specials started, and I was informed that they could not honor the ladies' night deals because I was too early. I found that quite frustrating and surprising, especially since I had dined here before, but never on ladies' night. The experience felt a bit off, and I haven't returned since. On a positive note, the decor is lovely, striking a nice balance between a restaurant and a bar, and their sangrias are definitely worth a try!
This restaurant boasts the best lobster deals in the area! From Monday to Thursday, you can feast on 1.5 pounds of lobster for only $29.99, which includes a salad and your choice of green beans or thinly sliced potatoes. They also serve my favorite dessert, tartufo. The menu is quite extensive, offering a variety of options and daily specials. I can't recommend it enough!
Come here with my family and it never fails to disappoint. We have been coming here for a bit and everything is pretty good. The servers are pretty nice and hard working and the ambiance of the place is pretty wide. Can't wait to come here again for the food and drinks. Come together with some friends and family and try it as well.
I love their happy hour. The price is so reasonable and the portion is very good. I love to order Chorizo and Mussels. Also The Lobster night price is insane. I usually order the Baked Lobster and they're consistently delicious. Only one bad thing with the restaurant is there are too many fruit flies.

My wife loved the seafood combo, but I wasn’t impressed with the meat paella. Even though it had chicken and beef, all I could taste were the sliced sausages and the rice! However, I really enjoyed the beef empanadas served with a light salsa dipping sauce.
