I tried to order from this restaurant today and they informed me flatly that they can't adapt anything to vegans that they can't make any of the vegetarian options without butter and ghee or other dairy products. I went back to this restaurant for a while and they were very open to adapt dishes to the food needs (I was vegan and accompanied by a vegetarian with various food sensitivities). Recently, however, employees have refused to veganize their vegetarian dishes.
There is a lot of choice and very interesting for vegetarians. The portions are generous (for me). We can easily take the remains to escape. The advantage of being several is to take different choices and taste everything. Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 4
