10/10/2025 16:43 Trabajador privado del propio Resort Mercedes Benz EQS 450+ Matrícula 649* *HX Mala impresión por parte de uno de los conductores del resort. Aunque yo no iba en su vehículo, pude presenciar la actitud totalmente inapropiada de uno de los conductores. Su comportamiento en la carretera fue poco profesional, mostrando una falta de cortesía y prudencia impropias de un establecimiento de este nivel. En un resort de lujo se espera que todo el personal mantenga una imagen impecable y un trato ejemplar, también frente a otros huéspedes. Este tipo de actitudes dañan la reputación del lugar y deberían ser revisadas por la dirección.
This is not for the faint hearted foodie. The restaurant uses the macrobiotic method of cooking so portions are smaller and lots of grains, beans, fish is used no butter, sugar, white flour and processed food. I ate there 7 straight days as a guest at SHA and totally enjoyed the food. I was on the KUSHI menu which was the strictest, but I found the food well done, tasty (expect for the porridge which at times was a bit watery). Food is presented gourmet style and their is nightly live entertainment.
This looks like it would be an amazing place to eat with great views. It’s really catered to guests staying at the spa and it’s really not open 11am to 11 pm. We showed up at 7pm and were told they were closed and if you are not a guest you need to make a reservation the day before. Dinner options are either at 730 or 9pm. We didn’t have time to get back here. I thought it would be helpful to others to have this additional info which was not available on their website or trip advisor site.
The service was excellent, the food, macrobiotic, a bit experimental for my taste, but I quite liked it in the end. I assume they serve other stuff too.

Excelente opción para descansar y reponer fuerzas. Tratamientos con un personal especializado y un trato muy agradable. Muy Recomendable.
no explanation on there food methodology its not that good and they regurgitate the same food day after day.

The SHA gastronomic menu is superb. Lots of fish, stunning but light desserts, and fresh vegetables.
