eating and ambiente was great! drink service was a bit slow (not a complaining just a head up). they were totally pampered in this night and tried to navigate the jazz band was an impressive feat that I saw reaching them. if they are looking for the usual 5 minutes of drinking and 15 minutes of meal, this is not their place. this is a relaxed, cool mood, jazz and restaurant bar. so they come easy and enjoy the music with a cocktail or two and an order of the Korean bark bbq.
It was my first time here but DEFINITELY not my last! The food was incredible the selection and the flavors, just wow! I recommend the fried rice and the red curry. Both were delicious! And then you add live jazz to the mix? It was so enjoyable! The musicians were interacting with the crowd and taking requests. I loved every minute and I can't wait to go back. What an absolute GEM of a place!
This venue is particularly famous for its live music. The saxophonist, pianist, drummer, and guitarist all performed exceptionally well. The food was also quite tasty, and the staff were polite and attentive. Overall, I had a great experience at the restaurant. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for interesting cuisine and live music in North Jersey.
If you’re a jazz enthusiast and want to listen to the incredible musicians they feature, make sure to reserve a table close to the stage. Avoid sitting near a rowdy group of loud diners who treat the jazz as mere background noise.
