This used to be a small yet good Indian restaurant but obviously new name and different owners. The food was poor and that being kind. The chicken saag tasted like it came out of a jar and had a funny taste, smokey almost and not...like any other saag I've had before. The chicken madras just wasn't authentic and the use of thigh chicken in both dishes did not help either. Nepalese food elsewhere is really tasty and different to your usual Indian dishes, not here, really poor and by the look of the chefs apron/clothing the kitchen must be a mess!! There was more sauce on his apron than on the dish he served.

We are regulars at this small restaurant in Joondanna and were disappointed to find it closed on the last Friday (19.5.2017). However, after calling them, we found out that they are only closed for three weeks for kitchen renovations. We enjoy the butter chicken, lamb curry, and okra dishes. The goat curry is good, but be aware that it has a lot of bones, as is typical for goat curry. The prices are affordable, making it a great value for the money.
We have become regulars of this little place in Joondanna and were sad to find it shut last Friday (19.5.2017) but I gave them a call and found out that it's just for three weeks because they are renovating the kitchen.We like the butter chicken, the palak paneer and the ocra. I went to this restaurant on a Monday evening, using a Groupon voucher on its last day. It was very quiet, but the food was fantastic. I had a mixed entree of samosas, tandoori chicken, and onion pakora, all well cooked and tasty. For main course, I ordered lamb jalfrezi, chicken korma, and naan bread, all of which were delicious. The lamb was especially tender. The restaurant also had a BYO policy for only $2.50.
Went there on a Monday night , last day of a Groupon Voucher , very quiet , but food was great mixed entree of samosas , tandoori chicken onion pakora , well cooked and tasty , main lamb jalfrezi , chicken korma , naan , again very tasty , lamb very tender . BYO at $2.50
Popped in again. No booking. Table for four people. Had the Ochra dish. Have to say it's by far the best Ochra dish anywhere. The other dishes were also superb and the total cost was $82 all up. Fantastic value.
A hidden gem that is perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a family gathering. I highly recommend trying the palate-disguising dish and the Rogan Josh, as well as everything else on the menu. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
As soon as we walked in the customer service was top notch. Pricing is good and when we took the delivery home the food was fantastic to match.
