That was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant! We had reservations for my friends' birthday on Saturday 9 July 2022. Our waiter Rashied was the WORST!!! We hired our drinks and appetizers. One of the drinks he made wrong, and he tried to make it as if we didn't know it was done wrong. We have made an order for crab claws, but ordered the wrong ones. We wanted us to change them as soon as we realized that what we ordered was wrong. He said he'd talk to his manager. He came back with the crabs packed in a togo box and said that the manager said we had to pay for them, but if we wanted to order the right ones we could. We wanted us to have some bread, he said he didn't bring the brea...
The service was terrible and the food was sub par. They can at least salt and pepper their food. After seeing all the pictures and reviews, I was so hyped to visit this restaurant, but unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. The waitress and the management were rude, cursed one of our party members and said he was ill from the beginning. This happened after she was wasting fat on one of our party members and did not return another credit card. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Our grandchild for his 20th birthday and meals were excellent. Service, atmosphere and food was definitely above the standard. The restaurant was full, but they never missed a step. Our reservations were ready on arrival, we didn't have to wait.
My fiancée and I love Shapley! This is our favorite place for Date Night! The staff/management is always super friendly, the food is always delicious and exceeds our expectations. We always have a great experience here. I recommend Shapley's!
