I went to Shari's restaurant yesterday to celebrate my cousin's birthday and there was only 4 tables with customers this was at 11am we stood waiting to be seated for 15 min then we we're seated. The waitress walked away immediately without asking what we wanted to drink. So we waited another 15 to 20 min before she came back to ask us if we wanted something to drink. 2 coffees was ordered. By then our other 2 guest had arrived and it's been 20 min and I decided to speak loudly across the restaurant to get my waitresses attention and she loudly told me that she was busy taking care of her other customers and that she was the only waitress working. Absolutely worst Shari's restaurant in the entire state of Oregon. There is no way I would ever go back to the Keizer Shari's even if someone else paid me to do so. The food was cold and disgusting not done the way it was supposed to be and my daughter got sick three bites into her blueberry pancakes. We did take out we're giving no receipt and when I called the manager to remedy the situation he refused to because his employee didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't provide it to him. The sauteed mushrooms on my burger were raw there was no bun for my burger it was put on sourdough bread the salmon looked horrible and like I said before the blueberry pancakes made my daughter sick. I used to work fast food, and I give people patience and chances to show me their good customer service. People make mistakes plain and simple. But this wasn't that. First, when we walked in on my girls birthday, a few mins wait is nothing and completely understandable cause it looked like skeleton crew, but there were 4 tables that had anyone there. Took 20mins to come take our drink orders and another 20-25 just to receive our food. Everyone else was fine besides cold, but mine was cold and wrong. I would understand, but it's the idc attitude. Staff was incredibly racist and didn’t want to help us at all. I placed an online order and once we went to pick it up the lady told my mom that she wanted her to cancel the order because they didn’t have a single ingredient. None of the order had been made. They didn’t even call us to let us know beforehand. She was incredibly rude towards my mom and when we asked to cancel our order she said she would cancel it but would not give us a refund. Once we got the food none of it looked good or taste good for that matter. This was absolutely ridiculous and was a terrible experience.
I placed an online order 45min ago and I went to pick up my order at my pick up time but once I arrived the workers said they couldn’t make any of my food which was just an omelette and a skillet. Why didn’t I receive a call, an email, a text? instead I wait 30min, drove there and all for them to tell me they can’t make it. They can’t even give me a refund right away to buy somewhere else which is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this specific Shari’s has messed up. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this one and you shouldn’t either.

Usually love shari's this one at this location was horrible only 4 tables with customers at least 4 servers working. Took my server 30 minutes to tell me they were out of bisquetts and gravy afyer my wife and i ordered. Took another 20 minutes to get my new order Mind you this was 9 am on a buisness day. When I finally got my new order the food was not hot. I won't be back
Pretty sure the server was trying to overcharge an older lady and when she wouldn’t leave with out a refund the server claimed she was new and had no idea how to fix it, then she tried the same thing to me and my girlfriend and I pulled the menu out and did the math for her, walked out without paying and won’t be returning
Sadly short staffed. Felt bad for employees , but staff did great for being short staffed. Cheese quesadilla were delicious.
