Absolutely wonderful! From the service as soon as you walk in, to the staff, the food, it was just fantastic! Very helpful and efficient greeter who showed us to our table and noted the vegan note on the booking. He was able to advise what to order on the nut roast and what to swap out. All of the staff were highly attentive. The roast (I had the nut roast and my partner had the beef) was the best roast I’ve ever had! The quality of everything on the plate was incredible. Such a decent price as well for the quality you get. Thank you for such a lovely meal we cannot wait to come back when you start doing roasts again!
I booked a table for one for Sunday lunch but was shown to a table in the centre of a very stark cafe and handed two menus. I asked for a seat on the edge and was moved. The starter of whitebait was lovely, although a slice of lemon would have been nice. The roast pork arrived very quickly afterwards and had obviously been pre plated and kept almost warm on a lamp. The flavours were good but it was almost cold. The house white wine was very watery. Service was slow and when I asked for the wifi code I was told that it was only for their tills and ipads. Not recommended for a sole diner.
clean cleanliness. great service and nice menu. eating was solid when a little expensive, but had the views and location to justify the price. we looked after ourselves in spite of the work and good care for the young and the young. only a scandal that st austell possesses everything literally in cornwall. it would be good to see some more independent operators who are flowering. not a bad brewery all the things considered and a beautiful pint and drink list.
We managed to get a lunch table. This is a busy restaurant that you always need to make a reservation. The food and service was first rate and reasonably priced for the area. Ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy great food, fabulous view of Mevagissey harbour and the coffee was excellent.

Amazing meal for my moms birthday last week. I had the calamari for starter, the hake with butter beans and pesto for main and the child’s ice cream sundae cause I was too full to eat a proper desert (forgot to take a picture so enjoy a half eaten sundae pic!
We had our evening meal here, exactly one year since our previous meal here. We were all very happy with our meals tonight. Very charming restaurant, staff are super friendly and nice. A nice night out, would recommend this place for eating out.
great location, on-point decor and attentive, friendly staff. the vegan tacos were incredible! also the best part. it is dog friendly. put, eat, enjoy the sea view! great place to visit, even if it is only for a drink.
Lovely restaurant, staff very welcoming food was amazing, we ate here 3times each time was spot on.. well done to all your friendly staff doing an amazing job. Highly recommended nothing to much trouble.

hands down the best we had in cornwall all week. vegan options and child food were just as good as the main menu. I loved it!
