In January 2015, this Fine Cuisine Indian Restaurant opened at Panania. When my family & I visited this restaurant, it was that new that it did not even have signs that it was a restaurant, nor signs to display 'open'. But when we entered it was very cosy indeed. We thoroughly enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the staff and other diners. We ordered Butter Chicken & Rice and Dahl. All dishes have either Garlic Naan or Roti with them. Roti was as Roti is - the same everywhere, butthe Garlic Naan was awesome. We have returned to this restaurant several times over the last year since our last visit. It is definitely worth the visit.
This was the most disgusting Indian food I have ever had in Sydney. We ordered the rogan josh and vegetable takeaway with some rotis. The rotis were made from a packet of frozen oily rotis and was disgusting. The rogan josh was terrible. I had to throw the food away. You need to have a proper cook. Not just anybody can start cooking. The prices were exorbitant and the food was terrible. The other reviews are all fake. Indian food does not taste like this. Go try a place in Harris park or Liverpool. You will be better off just throwing 50 dollars in the garbage bin. I am surprised they are still open.
The food was very bland and very small portions. We ordered the fried cauliflower dish, this is an $8 dish and it came out with just 4 little cauliflower - this would've costed them probably less than 50 cents.The curries and sauces were just plain, tasted like water. My family and I love Indian food, so we're not amateurs when it comes to Indian cuisine. There was just no authenticity or flavor to any of the dishes. We were so disappointed with entrees and mains that we ended up going to another restaurant a few doors down for dessert. They either need to learn how to cook or change chefs.
This place is hiding, blink and you will miss it!! Once found, you will be impressed. Gorgeous decor and great food to match. Try the mixed entree, that's our favourite. The staff and great and attentive, can be slightly over attentive at times. All the food I have tried here is lovely and I have pretty much had everything on the menu, in time. Do yourself a favour and check it out. Great local, family owned business.

I had high expectations of this place due to all the excellent reviews. I ordered take away, 3 meat dishes and 4 naan bread which came to $60 which I thought was a little expensive. Mango chicken was very sweet and butter chicken mediocre. I prefer Tadkas at Riverwood.
7 of us went for dinner last night. Service was amazing and they ran through the vegan options for me. Great tasty food and ambience supberb. They can spice up the dishes if you like them hotter. Options for kids too. Perfect night. Will be back.
Have visited this place a few times and found the food excellent. The wait staff are friendly and obliging. The owners Radika and Arun are wonderful hosts. Order ahead for the superb goat curry. A treat. Highly recommended
I have not been to another indian restaurant before, however, if they are all like Sharnis, thank you God!! Service is great Good is brilliant - fish curry is out of this world. Can't wait to go back

My wife and I had dinner here later Saturday. Lamb fillet for starters was excellent. The fish and potato/egg plant curries combination with crispy naan made a great meal. Well done, guys.
Sharni's is a great indian restaurant in the heart of Panania. The foot and service is second to none.
