Had an absolutely terrible morning at Sheetz. The app wouldn't work for me, making the whole trip pointless. I called the number listed in the app and spoke with Rachel, who was very kind, and she confirmed the app was working fine. When I returned to Sheetz to get my order, the app still malfunctioned. I called customer service three times, and just as I was about to get my coffee and soda, the coffee machine gave me some ridiculous error. I managed to fix it, only to find I was charged for the soda! I called customer service again, and all they could do was offer a Mt Dew. Needless to say, Sheetz just lost my business. The cleanliness of the restaurant is disappointing. The women's restroom has only two stalls. If you're on a road trip like we were, there's nowhere to walk your dog. It’s only 9 PM, yet all the regular drip coffee is already sold out. Additionally, the music inside is very loud.
Another great Sheetz with everything that a normal Sheetz has. Very bright and we'll lighted. Very clean and the employees all seemed friendly and very helpful. If you are on the way by and need anything fast or just gas for your car it's definately agood place to stop at.
FOOD POISONING with 2 different people! First time was a Burger in the middle of the night and again at the same time a few weeks later with a chicken sandwich. Whoever is cooking food during the night shift needs either retrained or fired.

Has on 4 different occasions spanning several months forgot to add salt to a salted pretzel. I could see this being a one off mistake when busy, but I struggle to understand how this happens and wonder if hot dogs go without buns often too.
Went to this location today and had someone strung out on something complaining about not having enough money to pull out of the ATM.. and then they proceeded to follow me to my car. UNSAFE location. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHEETZ AFTER DARK!
A standard Sheetz visit: the store and restroom were spotless, and they had an excellent variety of snacks available.
