I don’t typically write reviews because it’s easy to judge a restaurant from the outside without understanding what’s happening behind the scenes. However, this place is genuinely disappointing. No matter what time you place your order, you can always expect a wait of at least 30 minutes. The drink coolers are frequently understocked. If you hit the drive-thru and there’s even one or two cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait over an hour—it's a guarantee. Orders are often incorrect. I’ve decided not to visit this location after 9 PM anymore, as it seems the staff has little care for service. It’s strange, but the later it gets, the longer the wait becomes. Car Wash. Good wash (affordable options: $7, $10, $13 with little difference between them) ... but if you're the 6th car, plan to be there a real 30-45min. The cue is beautifully landscaped with concrete curbs on both sides, so no reasonable chance ofescaping till you're #2! I was traveling and started the sheets the new one on route 60 and I was having trouble working on the computer and the guy came from behind the counter and made my order for me and boy was it good the popcorn chicken was out of this world it was betterthan Popeyes it was better than Kentucky fried Chicken and then I had a milkshake and I got a BTO for my girlfriend with extracrispy bacon and she loved it
I was on the road and stopped at the new Sheetz on Route 60. I was having trouble working on my computer when an employee came around from behind the counter and helped me with my order. The popcorn chicken was amazing—better than Popeyes and KFC. I also enjoyed a milkshake, and I got a BTO with extra crispy bacon for my girlfriend, which she absolutely loved. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience at Sheetz. Right after eating, I struggled with stomach discomfort, and the nitro coffee was likely the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sheetz based on this visit. The menu did not meet my expectations at all.
Im not the type to leave reviews but I've never felt this sick this shortly after eating something. I couldnt stomach any more than a few bites, and the nitro coffee was in all likelihood the worst coffee beverage I've ever had. I'm sorry but I'm swearingoff Sheetz completely after this.
Im surprised at the previous ad reviews. I always thought this sheetz was great. Never any issue with food always clean and had everything i need. I do only go during working hours 9-5 so I can?t speak to their late night service.
