We visited the place during the first week of september, so basically off season. The atmosphere is nice, but there are better and above all far more authentic places around Pamplonne. Might have been due to the end of the season, but staff is unattentive and leaves the Impression that one is not really welcome. At least it is not clear why prices are at least 25% higher than in the neighboring restaurants. We will not return and would recommend to go for the better package and experience a few doors down the beach.
TS THE WORST PLACE ! The security of the club were very aggressive, they did not let us come back inside to pick up our bags and were rude with my husband at the end of the party. They pushed me and after squeezed through of my husband their arm. Terrible experience ... We will solve this situation with a police, but want to share experience of being in this place.
Food was terrible,(buratta was spoiled) Service was bad. Takes ages for someone to get you order. We were seated in between big tables. Like a last resort table Lots of things sold out(was there last day) Music loud you cant hear the waiters. After apitizers we left. So for drinks oke, but don’t go to have a good meal. Price is “normal” for the rivera
This is place is daylight robbery! They charged us 50 Eur for two lemonades and a water! The menu stated 8 Eur for a lemonade! In their email response they stated that 20 Eur per lemonade which was one single glass is what the price is! Absolutely SHOCKING for the restaurant industry and customer experience!

Quiet and quiet, standing by the column, the shower does not work, the toilet on 3, standing at 9:00, there are still rooms outside the column to go under 3.3, they are all broken, that wants to be.

Despite the broken showers I found the staff (they will recognize themselves) at the top and super helpful. 1000 thanks.
If you don't have the most crunchy sandwiches in the world, it's the coolest staff in France's shell stations!
