sorry but was the best chip shop in derby,but not now. gone downhill since covid. chips nowhere near as nice any more and the same with the sausages. think they are cutting costs on the potatoes they buy in and the same with the frozen sausages. last 3 visits have been poor. will try and find better now somewhere else.

I requested a small amount of salt for my food, but it was too salty to eat. This has happened before and I feel like it's a waste of money. It's always the same older lady who adds too much salt, and if you ask for someone else, she gets rude about it.

Words can't even justify how good the food is from here and the service of the staff very highly rated, everyone is friendly and helpful. We love coming to sheltons

Prompt service quick clean and friendly. Karen has always very friendly.. Fish, chips. and peas delicious.
