This is a nice little spot to enjoy a cold drink and a bite to eat, whether on the patio or inside. I tried the pizza flight, which comes with dips that you need to request when placing your order, as they don’t provide a menu or ask your preference. Some of the dip options tasted a bit like salad dressing, but overall, they were decent. I liked that the pizza crust was just the right amount of crunch and not too thick, which is how I prefer it. The Pulled Pork Alfredo pizza was the highlight for me. The service was a bit slow; we waited around 15 minutes before our order was taken. However, the server was polite, so perhaps this was just an off day.
The service was slower than usual, but it wasn't the servers' fault, as they did mention this when we arrived. However, it posed a challenge since we had a child with us. The nachos were enjoyable, but for the price, a few more chips would have been nice. Sitting on the deck was pleasant, although it got a bit chilly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have had our table lit early on, instead of being informed just as we were leaving. Overall, we still had a lovely evening. The view and company were the highlights, and the server was quite nice.
Wish I had checked this place out earlier in the summer! Great deck with a great view. Staff were friendly, food and drinks came fast. Very accessible for those who require it. Even have tables with propane fireplaces to keep you warm. I certainly will return to check out the inside atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible at the entrance and to the deck as all street level. Was not in the washroom so can not comment.
What a jewel of a place this is! Stumbled on it with my family today while traveling around, and we were all very pleased to have stopped in. The wings, chowder and french onion soup were all delicious; the number of menu options was impressive; the service was stellar and the ocean views from the spacious patio were stunning. Couldn't have asked for a nicer lunch. Will be back next time I'm in the area!

Doing the tourist thing in beautiful NFLD, stopped in at Shenanigans for our first meal experience here. The place was a typical pub, dance club atmosphere with a large out door eating area. The place was clean and the waitress was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. The food, although not quick to arrive, was very good as well. Would definitely come back again.
Definitely not a friendly place to eat if you aren't a white person over 40. Do not for a second let the bipoc flag fool you, that is for the white people. I felt more unwelcome here than anywhere else. Not only did people stare openly at me, but we were here for 30 minutes and they served every table around us. I was not impressed.
The primary issue was the wait time, which was quite lengthy. There was only one server on duty, and I've heard from many others that service tends to be slow at this restaurant. It may often be under-staffed. On the plus side, the food was delicious, but it felt a bit overpriced compared to similar establishments.
